Christmas Morning

Becca and Jorgan Peterson gave us this for Christmas. It is a window from an old house with vinyl letters on it. The saying is really cool and thoughful and it looks great hanging in my living room. Thank you guys !!

Birtley gave me this awesome pictures for Christmas. He loves to surprise me and I really love that he does. It's the Salt Lake Temple. It is even prettier when you're standing right in front of it. He hung it up for me in the dining room and I can see it from the kitchen and the living room, so it's pretty perfect. I get to look at it a lot during the day. It is just gorgeous!!! Thanks honey !! You are the very best.

Merry Christmas !!!!

Did you notice the chocolate on her face at 6 in the morning? It was definitely Christmas!!!

Rett and Carter got a new game for their Nintendo DS, that was one of the first things they wanted to play with. Here they are, playing so intensely that they didn't even look up or notice me taking a picture of them.

Carter and Rett were sooooo excited to get a Wii for Christmas, they have had a great time playing with it. I am very surprised and impressed with Cole's guitar hero skills !!

All of the goodies !! Santa was very good to us this year. We had such a wonderful and perfect Christmas ! The day was full of fun and just enjoying all of the kids stuff and relaxing. We had really yummy sticky buns for breakfast, had a mid morning nap. Some boys were very excited for Santa and got up at 5:00 am. We all needed a rest after all of the opening presents and some good food. Our good friends, Petersons came over for Christmas dinner and we enjoyed wonderful food and friends that night. It was one of my very best Christmas' so far. It was just so much fun !!!

This is the cheesecake that was for Santa after he came, Carter had the great idea to leave carrots for the reindeer, he left a note for Santa so he wouldn't eat them. I thought it was really cute of him to think of that !!

Fun in the Snow !!!

Cole was excited to go outside in the snow !

BRRRRR, That's all I have to say about that !! I took all of the snowy pictures in about two minutes flat, I couldn't wait to get back inside. I do not love being in the snow. I love to sit inside and watch it come down and it is really pretty, but I like it from inside for sure.

Rett decided to make a huge snowball, he did not end up making a snowman, they just destroyed it after they made it really big, that's a boy for you.

Carter is obsessed with shoveling the snow. He really enjoys it, he will go out and shovel a few times a day on the days that it's snowing. He did everyone's driveway in our circle this day. I only hope that when he is older, he still likes it. Yeah right !!

Boise State Football Game

The final score was Boise State 63 Idaho State 25. Boise State played an awesome game, there were seven turnovers. It was really exciting to watch.

Here we are at the Football game. Boise State vs Idaho State. Birtley got season tickets from a customer that was very happy with his truck purchase from Birtley. It was soooo cold, but really fun. I don't care if I had to go to a really cold football game. I got a four hour date with my husband, that hasn't happened in years!!!!

Coley is happy, he has probably been the biggest candy monster this year. He starts asking for candy at about 8:30 in the morning, but I make him wait until mid morning until we start the sugar rush!!! I know, I'm so mean.

Fun at The Boise Depot

Here are just some of the pictures that Birtley took for me (he rocks!!). All of the boys look so handsome in their suits that I wanted pictures. We went to The Boise Depot, an old train station. They turned out great. I will post more of them soon.

Macie is so much fun, I just love having little babies. It's cute to watch them walk around and explore everything.

Rett has been learning so much in Kindergarten. We got a new phone book that was laying by the front door. He wanted to look at it, so on our car ride to the Depot, he read phone numbers and stuff from the phone book, I thought it was pretty cute.
